Hello my friend,

This is for you today how I made the tissue box cover…Hope you understand my charts ;) (I use Corel draw to make them, it is a graphic design software)

To begin you have to make a small classic granny square crocheted with 2 rounds with the same color…

and then crochet a second square and join it to the first as you go, like on this pic:

and then you continue making squares and joining them as you go as this pic:

50 granny squares in total joined as you go….choosing randomly the colors ;)

That’s it my dear :)

You can also decorate your tissue box by crocheting a round of dc and then another round of small shells on the top of your box…

Enjoy!

Thank you all for your visit and your sweet messages here! I really really LOVE reading them,

Have a great sunday :)

This is the round granny cushion… (not so round i’m afraid…because my sewing skills are still very poor :( but I’m practicing and practice makes perfect, no? ;) )

But I think it’s cute, don’t you?

Maybe I’ll put the pattern later … when I go back to my-normal-life :)

And this is my yarns: 30 colors in total (40 new yarns and lot of left overs from previous projects)

I am gonna make a granny monster …yes yes a GRANNY MONSTER to test my crochet patience…

Something really big made with big granny squares: Every granny made with 14 rounds (every round crocheted with a different color:)Yes, I like to change constantly the colors, I am a little bit crazy;) )…

A total of 49 squares (7×7) to cover all our double sized bed…(I’ll show you something next time, I’ve already made 3 squares…and it is looking gorgeous…

So, I have to leave you now and wish you a fantastic week end… (Here we are still in summer and the weather is very hot…)

Good morning dear reader,

Yesterday I read something very cute on the net about having difficulties being monogamous and that made me smile because I was in the same situation…Yes, I have difficulties, myself, being monogamous and that is annoying me a little bit…

Of, course, I am talking about crochet :) (where do your bad mind take you??) I have serious problems staying monogamous and working on a same project … until it’s 100% done… I have to begin 2 or 3 projects together…

So, I began, the second leather stool (remember the REmaking of the first one)…leaving all the other stuff, yes ALL, a little bit behind :)

and I decided to work on the second leather stool with a very classic design: the granny square…yes, the very classical granny square that I just adore, working every round with a different color and making 4 rounds for every square…

OOOOOh how I love making granny squares, of course, I’ll show you, yalla (that is a Lebanese word :) )…

Do you like my new fushia basket-steal for crochet? me too :)

Have a marvelous week end !

and see you next time for my zigzagy blanket 100% done:) Hurray!!

Good morning dear readers,

We have in our home two leather stools that we love…and every night, while watching T.V and crocheting (me), working on the laptop (him), we lay our legs on them…but with the years passing by, the stools got teared and aged a little bit so I decided to transform them in my way ;) I’ve made one, mine, to start with…and today I’ll show it to you…

I’ll make the second one when I’ll get more cotton yarns (I do not have enough anymore)

Before:

and after:

and this is its border:

I’ve crochet it with Ricco creative cotton.

Made with 32 squares.

For those interested in the pattern of the square I’ll post it next time :)

Hope you liked it :)

Have a perfect tuesday!
