Today I want you to applause our friend AntaraCeletna who has already crocheted 62 rounds and maybe more… 62 rounds !! woooow ! We are sooo proud of you 🙂 and her blanket is lovely with beautiful colors 🙂 Do not miss it: it is here 🙂 You did an amazing  job so far AntaraCeletna !! BRAVO!

Mine has 38 rounds so far and it is very big already…I think it is because the yarn I’m using is a little chunky…

The days are getting hotter and hotter here (36 Celsius) and I have some difficulties putting it on my lap while crocheting 🙂

But I’m enjoying every single stitch …and that what counts 😀

My name is Melody 🙂

I was made yesterday for a little 5 years old girl who was stuck at home with a bad “gastro-enterite” and who needed a little company…

I was sewed with soo much love…

and I have a little crocheted dress too…

I made also some new friends…

and I’m very happy in my new home …

The little girl is feeling much better today and she can now play with me ! Youpiii!

How was your weekend? Mine was lovely: beach, sun, very hot weather, children… lovely but a little tiring 🙂

Stripy blanket progress

Round 23 took me 30 minutes to make 🙂 It is not quicker any more…but it is soo relaxing…stitch after stitch…mmmh…enjoying it soooooooo much !

GIANT Granny Challenge (3)

Hello!

A quick follow up for the giant granny challenge 😉

Rules:

1- Crochet and crochet and crochet a very big and colorful granny square… as big as you can 🙂

2- Share your pics on flickr so we can all crochet together as we were in the same room 🙂 I’ve just created a group on flickr where we can all share our pics even the ones that do not have a blog or website . This is the link to the group:
